The Fact Is

Epinephrine is the first only treatment for anaphylaxis.

The Problem

A treatment
nobody carries.

3.6 M Americans are prescribed an auto-injector every year. It's bulky. It's easy to forget , until the moment it matters.

The carrying problem
0%

of people prescribed an auto-injector don't carry it. The treatment exists. The device fails them.

Americans have experienced anaphylaxis at least once in their life.

How it works

Not a smaller EpiPen.
A rebuilt one.

Every part inside was redesigned to fit a phone case , new geometry, simulated fluid dynamics, equivalent intramuscular dose.

EpiSafe product detail
01 / Form

A case, not a pen.

11.4 mm thin, MagSafe-compatible. The thing you check 100 times a day now carries the thing that saves your life.

02 / Mechanism

Pull. Press. Done.

A single orange tab releases the injector. Press against the outer thigh to deliver 0.3 mg of epinephrine , the same therapeutic dose as a standard auto-injector.

03 / Safety

Deliberate, never accidental.

A two-step release keeps it locked while it rides in your pocket or bag , it only fires when you mean it to. And the companion app flags , then locks out , a cartridge the moment it expires.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is it real epinephrine?
Yes. EpiSafe is designed to deliver a standard 0.3 mg dose of epinephrine — the same medication used in conventional auto-injectors — from a compact cartridge that fits your phone case.
Is EpiSafe FDA-approved or available to buy yet?
Not yet. EpiSafe is in active development and pre-FDA submission — it is not yet for sale or clinical use. We're on a staged, roughly two-year path to FDA submission. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment that changes.
How does it fit my phone?
It's built into a MagSafe-compatible phone case and is just 11.4 mm thin, so it carries like a normal case — there's nothing extra to remember or pack.
What does the companion app do?
It pairs over Bluetooth LE to show live device status — battery, cartridge state, and expiration — stores a health profile for first responders, and lets you try everything in Demo Mode before your device ships.
How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't finalized yet. Waitlist members will be the first to hear, and we're committed to making lifesaving epinephrine as accessible as possible.
When can I get one?
We're pre-launch. The fastest way to be first in line — and to help us prioritize your phone — is to join the waitlist.
