EpiSafe™ is a health-focused technology company that designs and manufactures a compact, FDA-cleared epinephrine auto-injector system integrated into a MagSafe-compatible phone case. Our mission is to make life-saving preparedness effortless and always within reach.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• You may use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorized otherwise in writing.

3. Product Use

• The EpiSafe™ Case holds our custom EpiPen auto-injector designed for single-handed emergency use.
• Users are responsible for checking expiration dates and ensuring their device is functional and in-date.
• Keep the case and injector dry, clean, and protected from damage.

4. Smart Features & App

• The optional EpiSafe™ app may include features such as:
  • Bluetooth tether alerts if your device is left behind.
  • Medication expiration reminders based on user-input data.
  • QR/NFC medical ID features that display emergency info.
• Functionality may vary based on phone compatibility and user data accuracy.

5. Safety Notice

EpiSafe™ is a medical product. Improper use, modification, or failure to maintain the product could result in injury or reduced effectiveness. Always follow your emergency allergy action plan and contact emergency services immediately when needed.

6. Returns & Warranty

• We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused products.
• All cases include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged or incomplete.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, content, and technology are the exclusive property of EpiSafe™. Reuse, redistribution, or reproduction of any materials is prohibited without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpiSafe™ shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Failure to carry or use your auto-injector appropriately.
• Medical complications due to user error, negligence, or misuse.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or products after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
